The research aimed to implement collaborative work as a strategy to strengthen school coexistence in a group of first-year students at the Miguel Hidalgo primary school. Education is a process aimed at developing the intellectual, emotional, and moral competencies that each person possesses, always based on the norms of coexistence in the society to which they belong. Its purpose is to promote the integral development of the human being to enable correct moral conduct, which is acquired throughout an individual's life and allows for healthy coexistence. Today, in educational institutions, issues related to coexistence processes among students have regained importance, especially given the prevalence of school conflicts, which have recently become a major concern for society. An example of this is the large number of articles appearing in the media, despite the fact that schools transmit values to create environments of positive coexistence. It must be acknowledged that discussing values should be considered as important as addressing the content of any subject.
